Foul Weather Policy:

In the event of foul weather, a decision to cancel the chapter dance will be made after 12:00 noon and before 5:00 P.M. the day of the dance. Everyone who has provided us with a valid email address will be notified. Canceled Events will also be published to the Announcement Section of our web site. This will prevent driving hazards for the DJ’, Instructor, Guests and Chapter members.

Dance Demos:

We will be happy to perform dance demonstrations at your establishment. Our dancers are NOT paid for their time or efforts or gas, but we would appreciate your tax deductible donation to our chapter. All financial donations are used to help pay for the operating expenses of the chapter and to promote ballroom dancing.

Photo Disclaimer:

Photographs may be taken randomly today and made available for viewing and purchase through our web site. If you have an objection to being in any published photograph, pleas notify USA Dance York Chapter board member in writing. Failure to do so will be considered “Permission Granted”. USA Dance York Chapter.

Advertising Policy:

Your regular scheduled dance events can be placed on our web site for all to see and print. Flyers for workshops and /or special dances can be published for a donation to our chapter. Advertisements must be created in a word document and emailed to the Web Master listed on the Chapter Board page. We reserve to right to adjust the ad to fit the web page layout.

We accept donations but reserve the right to set a fee in deemed necessary.  Donations can be made out to “York White Rose Chapter USD Dance, Inc. “ and mailed to the Chapter Treasurer listed on the Chapter Board selection of the web site. No flyer or special event will be published without a donation.

To have you Event listed submit your event using the “List My Event” form on the web site. To have you Studio listed submit your studio using the “List My Studio” form on the web site.
